Abstract: The purpose of this collection is to require persons that have lost or had stolen their Intrastate Purchase of Explosives Coupon (ATF F 5400.30) and to report such theft or loss to ATF within 24 hours of discovery. This collection of information is contained in 27 CFR 555.34.
