NIH is requesting the adjustment of the total burden hours for this clearance. The currently approved total burden is 661,549 hours, but actually should be 640,758 hours. The burden for PHS 568 form was entered into ICRAS/ROCIS improperly. Instead of 5 minutes per response as reflected in the burden table below, it was entered into the data base as 1 hour. An adjustment is being made to this submission to properly document the actually total burden hours for this ICR in ROCIS.
