Short Statement: The current inventory includes burden hours for collection for up to 120,000 establishments. These included construction firms to track ARRA funded construction projects. Data from these construction firms will not be collected in the upcoming surveys. OSHA is requesting approval to collect data from up to 100,000 establishments. Because of this, there is a 3,333 hour decrease in burden hours from 20,000 to 16,667 hours.
