Short Statement: The OECD SLAB Revisions ICR was for a final rule, and now the burden associated with that rule is being consolidated into two different ICR's. The final rule's reporting requirements fit more appropriately into the information collection activities associated with these two other ICR's. The burden for OECD SLAB Revisions ICR is being distributed to the following two ICR's: Requirements for Generators, Transporters, and Waste Management Facilities under the RCRA Hazardous Waste Manifest System (Renewal) (ICR # 0801.19, OMB # 2050-0039) and Hazardous Waste Generator Standards (Renewal) (ICR # 0820.12, 2050-0035).
