Dear Colleague:
The Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) invite you to participate in a short survey to help assess the effectiveness of their efforts in promoting an online continuing education (CE) activity for good laboratory practices in biochemical genetic testing and newborn screening. Your feedback is extremely important in helping APHL and CDC to improve future activities in this area.
The survey questions are anticipated to take less than 5 minutes to complete. Your participation is entirely voluntary. Your responses will be anonymous and no identifying information will be kept.
