(Blast email message to attendees of 2014 Association of Public Health Laboratories Newborn Screening and Genetic Testing Symposium)
Dear 2014 APHL NBSGTS Attendee:
The Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) invite you to participate in a short survey to help them assess the effectiveness of their efforts at the 2014 APHL Newborn Screening and Genetic Testing Symposium to raise awareness of an online continuing education (CE) activity for good laboratory practices in biochemical genetic testing and newborn screening. Your feedback is extremely important in helping APHL and CDC to improve their future activities in this area.
We anticipate that it will take less than 5 minutes to complete the survey questions. Your participation is entirely voluntary. Your responses will be anonymous and no identifying information will be kept.
