Thank you for participating in the 2015 Science Ambassador Workshop at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta. We strive to improve the workshop, and are interested in your feedback and suggestions to guide the direction of future workshops.
To help us improve next year’s workshop, we invite you to complete a voluntary short survey by accessing the link below. The survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
