Healthcare News Subscriber Survey
Thank you for taking this brief survey to help the Division of Laboratory Systems
(DLS) at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) assess the
effectiveness of their efforts to provide a broad laboratory-centric view of news
and developments that may be of interest to those working in the public health and
clinical healthcare professions, and in particular those in medical laboratories.
Your feedback is important in helping DLS and CDC improve future activities in
this area.
The survey questions are anticipated to take approximately 10 minutes to
complete. Your participation is entirely voluntary. Your responses will be
anonymous and no unique identifying information will be sought or kept.
