2016 Customer Service Feedback Survey Pilot
Goals
of this study include defining
the MMWR
readership, assessing gaps in reach, engaging reaction to current
MMWR
approaches and improving the MMWR
user experience. Intended
use of the resulting data is to improve content, format and quality
of MMWR
future issues. Data
will be collected using Survey Monkey, a web-based survey tool.
The
population to be studied is MMWR
readership that are subscribed to MMWR
in GovD. Data
will be analyzed using descriptive statistics.
