I am sending this email to you, as a state partner of The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) Cooperative Agreement Program. ATSDR would like you to participate in a short survey to help us better understand child care licensing policies in your state. We estimate it will take about 5 minutes to complete the survey. This survey is being conducted in support of ATSDR’s Safe Childcare Siting Initiative.
