2. HUD will submit to OMB field reports on a bi-monthly basis describing:
a. assessment of coverage by frame type;
b. nonresponse observed;
c. interview length observed; and
d. other assessments of instrument functioning as HUD determines appropriate.

Congressionally-mandated housing needs assessment that will produce national-level estimates of housing needs in U.S. tribal areas using a household survey ad surveys of tribal housing offices and designated housing entities. The goas of the study are to provide clear, credible, and consistent information describing the needs of the Native American, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian populations with respect to both their housing conditions and socio-economic situations.
