The proposal for the New Source
Performance Standards (NSPS) for Kraft Pulp Mills will be signed on
May 15, 2013. This new subpart BBa will require additional
monitoring and recording keeping requirements, as well as
additional repeat testing as compared to the original subpart
BB.
