I am not for the EOBR'S as there will be loop holes
where any company will be able to harass drivers
and O/O's. It will not help with fatigue or help
decrease truck crashes. More penalties need to be
put on the general motoring public for their bad
driving witch causes 87% of all truck crashes not
more reg. on the trucking industry. I have been
driving for 33 years and have a clean record thank
God. Using EOBR's Means we need babysitters
and I am to old for them. I don't need any company
noising into my personal life and or harassing me
for how I do my job. With every law that is made
there are a ton of loop holes that can be used.
