Summary of Changes
The Department of Treasury recently consolidated two of their divisions, Financial Management Service (FMS) and Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), to Bureau of the Fiscal Service. http://www.fiscal.treasury.gov/.
The collection tools were updated to reflect this change. All references in the instruments were changed from FMS to Fiscal Service.
This change will not affect the burden of the currently approved package.
