Short Statement: In enhancing the data collection system and streamlining the structure of specific data elements, there has been a reduction in respondent burden of 1.0 hours per response (from 2.5 hours to 1.5 hours). Exhibit 1 (in Section 12) shows there has been a reduction of 440 burden hours per year.
