My name is and I am calling from the Census Bureau. We are conducting [focus groups/cognitive interviews] to help us understand how people sort through their mail and what motivates them to respond to surveys. To be eligible you must have a bachelors degree and be over 18 years of age. Federal government employees are not eligible to receive the honorarium.
