Indian Education Formula Grant Application authorized under Title
VII, Part A, Subpart 1 of the Elementary and Secondary Education
Act, as amended. The Indian Education Formula Grant (CFDA 84.060A),
is not competitive or discretionary and requires the annual
submission of the application from the local education agency and
or tribe.

The time required to complete
this information collection is estimated to average 7.0 hours per
respondent annually, including time to review instructions, search
data sources, gather needed data, and complete the information
collection. The change in hours results from giving respondents the
option to keep their project objectives for up to four years.
Respondents who select this option do not need to complete Sections
2 and 3 of EASIE Part II in years 2-4. See Other change** below for
