In FY2010 and FY2011, Congress set
aside $55 million for the CFCF Program, and HUD made awards to 19
public housing authorities. HUD is now monitoring the progress of
these PHAs in building the community facilities.
This is a revision to a
previously approved collection adapted for this competitive
offering of funds. We are no longer reviewing applications from
PHAs for this program. Instead, we are reviewing documents
submitted annually by the 19 PHAs which received funding under the
program. We are not reviewing the SF-LLL and SF-424 forms, which
the PHAs no longer submit.
