Abstract: Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) correct/mitigate exigent health and safety (EHS) deficiencies cited in property inspections conducted pursuant to HUD's Uniform Physical Condition Standards inspection protocol. Through the web-based template, PHAs electronically certify that they have corrected/mitigated the EHS deficiencies.

The adjustment (reduction) in the number of annual respondents is based on the frequency of assessments and physical inspections established in the PHAS rule.
