Thank you for completing the assessment, Health Department Challenges in Implementation of CDC Immunization Funding. Your input will provide valuable information in shaping the development and roll-out of future immunization funding initiatives for local and state health departments.

As the next step of this assessment process, we are reaching out to a sample of immunization program managers to discuss their assessment responses in more detail. The goal of these telephone conversations is to identify specific examples of these issues within the health department and provide a more nuanced and comprehensive portrait of health departments’ experiences in immunization funding utilization.
