Abstract: This information collection request is due to a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) entitled, "Commercial Driver's License Drug and Alcohol," that would require the Agency to establish a database that will contain controlled substances (drug) and alcohol test result information for the holders of commercial driver's licenses (CDLs).
