Subject: Re-submission of Generic Fast-Track Data Collection
To: OMB Desk Officer for Veterans Affairs (Bridget Dooling)
The data collection for the Boston VA Medical Center’s Ophthalmology Patient Satisfaction Survey generic request is being resubmitted with a revision, following a determination by OMB. OMB determined that the first page on the survey should be removed, as it pertained to direct questions that are not applicable to gauging patient satisfaction.
The survey clearance request is now being submitted with the patient satisfaction ratings scale questions.
