This survey is a part of CFM’s ongoing effort to identify opportunities to improve the level and quality of acquisition support CFM provides its suppliers. To this end, your candid feedback through this survey will be greatly appreciated and valued.

The survey is voluntary, and should take you less than 11 minutes to complete. By default, only aggregated survey results will be shared with CFM.
