While the average hourly burdened rate from the previously approved information collection has increased to $49.36 from $48.00, a reduction in Government contracting has resulted in both a reduction in the annual hour burden from 10,101,684 to 9,731,560 and the annual overall cost from $9,575,445 to $9,224,694 to the public.
