Plan Order, Part 69 Filing Requirements for Regulation of
Interstate Services of Non-Price Cap Incumbent Local Exchange
Carriers (LECs) and Interexchange Carriers (IXCs)
This information collection previously
required rate-of-return carriers to submit information necessary to
calculate the Interstate Common Line Support (ICLS) amounts
pursuant to the MAG Order proceeding, and to file information
necessary to implement changes to interstate tariffs. With this
revision, the universal service requirements have been consolidated
with similar information requirements in OMB Control Number
3060-0986. This information collection continues to requirement
rate-of-return carriers to file certain tariff data.

The FCC consolidated the
universal service information collection requirements contained in
various sections with similar collection requirements under
3060-0986. The FCC also eliminated several information collection
requirements which are no longer required. Only the GSF Allocation
and Transport and Special Access Deaveraging information collection
requirements remain in 3060-0972.
