Short Statement: This is a revision to an approved information collection resulting in a -208 decrease in the number of burden hours from 561 to 353. The burden hours decreased due to changing the per response time from 20 minutes to 10 minutes and 3 minutes for non-respondents. A statistical review revealed respondents took an average of 10 minutes to complete the survey and not 20 minutes.
