Interim Performance Report

As stated in the LPFF Terms and Conditions, you are required to submit interim performance reports every 6
months. The interim performance report is provided on the next tab ("Interim Report").
You must submit an interim performance report for each 6 month period the of the project's existence:
October 1‐March 31, and April 1 through Setember 30, depending on the length of the project. For example, a
2‐year project would have the following interim reports: October 1‐March 31 (interim report #1); April 1‐
September 30 (interim report #2); and October 1‐March 31 (interim report #3). All projects, no matter the
length, will must submit a final report (refer to separate LFPP Final Report Form). Should you be granted an
extension, an additional interim report must be submitted.
Each interim performance report is due within 30 days of the end of the 6‐month cycle. For example, if the 6‐
month cycle ends March 31, your report is due no later than April 30.

According to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, an agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of
information unless it displays a valid OMB control number. The valid OMB control number for this information collection is 0581‐0287. The time required
to complete this information collection is estimated to average 4 hours per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data
sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information. The U.S. Department of Agriculture
