This is a new collection of information. The application and supplemental forms were used from February 1, 2014 to April 1, 2014 without an OMB control number, since no alternative method of applying to attend the AIM Program was available. The Superintendent determined that not conducting the AIM Program would be detrimental to USCGA's ability to attract and recruit students for future applicant pools, but applicants were notified the collection was undergoing review for certification and issue of an OMB control number.
