Per the YouthBuild Transfer Act as well as Workforce Investment Act and its replacement Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and regulations 20 CFR part 672, YouthBuild grantees collect and report selected standardized information pertaining to customers in YouthBuild programs for the purposes of general program oversight, evaluation, and performance assessment. ETA provides all grantees with a YouthBuild management information system to use for collecting participant data and for preparing and submitting the required quarterly reports.
