Short Statement: The change in burden is an ADJUSTMENT due to changes (i.e., increase) in the vessel population. There is no proposed change to the reporting and recordkeeping requirements of this collection. The methodology for calculating burden remains unchanged. The reporting and recordkeeping requirements remain unchanged. We have dropped any reference to CG forms in this collection as these forms are either accounted for under separate information collection request (form CG-5148 in 1625-0094) or are no longer in use (form CG-4355).
