Permit application requirements in Sections 507, 508, 510, 515 and 522 of PL 95-87 require the applicant to submit the operations and reclamation plans for coal mining activities.
This information collection request will result in a burden reduction of 39,809 hours and $733,392 in non-wage costs as a result of adjustments in use.
