The collection of information requires the owner/operator of a vessel that uses DP to maintain station to retain a copy of the vessel's DPOs/DPOQs Certificate of Training, and report DP incidents that result in a SMI or Emergency Disconnect. Also requires a DPSAO to submit an application to become a recognized DPSAO and submit DP system plans.
