This is a request for an extension of OMB information collection number 1845-0052. There is an increase of 4,070 burden hours due to an increase in the number of respondents who need to present documentation to the school to be included with the G-845 form to complete the confirmation of eligibility to receive Title IV assistance. There has not been any change to the regulatory language requiring this activity.
