Dear Colleague,
As you know, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) School Health Branch develops resources for professionals working with schools and school districts to create healthier school environments. Currently, we are seeking your feedback on and information about the Health and Academic Achievement Translation tools and the updated School Health Index.
In order to support your work with local education agencies (LEAs) and improve our resources, we would like to invite school health coordinators to participate in an assessment that will take approximately 11 minutes. Please know that your participation is voluntary. Your feedback is valuable and will be used to refine our school health products to better meet your needs. Even if you have not used the Health and Academic Achievement Translation tools or the updated School Health Index, we are looking for your feedback.
