You should have recently received an email asking you or a designee to participate in an assessment of the Tuberculosis Laboratory Aggregate Report.
The information you provide will assist the CDC Division of Tuberculosis Elimination Laboratory Branch in modifying the distribution and content of the Laboratory Aggregate Report to be more useful for your program objectives. In addition, this assessment will also guide the development of future Laboratory Branch resources.
Data will be kept secure throughout the analysis and reporting process.
