As you know by now, I work for Karna, LLC, a consulting firm hired by the Division of STD Prevention at CDC to conduct an assessment of STD AAPPS. I’m writing to send a follow-up email to ask you to please let us know if you are able to participate in the assessment by x date (48hrs). If so, we can move forward with scheduling your interview. I have re-attached the assessment tool here for your convenience as well.
