Abstract: The Flight Crew Self-Defense Training Program enables TSA to train volunteer flight attendants, pilots, flight engineers, and navigators to defend themselves on an aircraft. Information collected as the result of this proposal would be used to register and enroll volunteer in self-defense training programs and obtain feedback from trainees on the quality of the training they received.

Short Statement: TSA has added an online registration process. Nevertheless, the number of crew members registering for the training has decreased since the previous ICR submission. Therefore, the burden hours have decreased by 250 hours per year.
