Short Statement: ERS requests making non-substantive changes to recruitment protocol for State Child Nutrition Directors (SCND). ERS will conduct an hour long webinar for the SCNDs before fielding begins. The 51 hours of burden increase is the result of attending webinar by SCNDs.
