Federal land management agencies are authorized to work with volunteers, youth programs, and partner organizations to plan, develop, maintain, and manage projects and service activities on public lands and adjacent projects throughout the nation. This information collection request will enable the effective engagement of and capture the required information for hundreds of thousands of volunteers, youth participants, and partners and enable seamless efficient reporting on their projects and activities.

From the time the emergency ICR was approved and this renewal period, two new modules capturing data from the public were identified/built. The addition of the Volunteer Time Tracker Module and the US Fish & Wildlife Service Volunteer Tracker Module account for the increase in burden.
