Upon further review of this
information collection, PHMSA recognized that we have been
accounting for burden in excess of the recordkeeping requirements
of this collection. PHMSA has revised the burden to only account
for the time it would take an operator to create and maintain a
record. This action has resulted in a significant burden
decrease.
