INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for participating in the response and for also volunteering to participate in the 2014-2015 Global Migration Task Force (GMTF) Ebola response After Action Report Survey. Please fill out this self-administered questionnaire (estimated completion time 20 minutes) composed of three sections:
