OMB 1205-0420 will be the information
collection for the common performance accountability data collected
under sec. 116 of WIOA. Hours associated with this information
collection represent the burden associated with reporting the new
common performance data elements by the core programs. Burden hours
associated with program-specific reporting for each of the core
programs, which are currently approved and will continue in
addition to the common performance reporting, will be reported and
summarized in other ICRs. The currently-approved program-specific
data reporting that will continue, as applicable, for the core
programs include: • Control Number 1205-0420, Workforce Investment
Act Management Information and Reporting System, with an annual
burden of 508,589; • Control Number 1205-0240, Labor Exchange
Reporting System, with an annual burden of 568,192; • Control
Number 1830-0027, Measures and Methods for the National Reporting
System for Adult Education, with an annual burden of 5,700; and •
Control Number 1820-0508, RSA-911 Case Service Report, with an
annual burden of 6,500. The Departments anticipate that the above
collections may be phased out or modified, as appropriate, as the
WIOA performance measures are fully implemented.
