Approved for immediate use to and including April 17th, 2015 is the paper version of the I-90 that received OMB approval on March 11, 2013 and which is dated January 18, 2013.
USCIS may begin using the version of the I-90 that received OMB clearance on December 29, 2014 for use beginning April 18th, 2015.
The modified collection of signatures of translators and/or preparers of the form I-90 within ELIS for respondents not represented by an attorney or accredited representative is effective March 30, 2015.
