Leave a message (with the person who answers or on a voice message) with your name and contact information and say you are calling to remind them of their appointment for an in-person interview for the study of food access, scheduled for [DATE].)

Good [morning/afternoon/evening], [MR/MS FIRST NAME, LAST NAME]. I am calling to remind you of your upcoming appointment for an in-person interview for the study of [RECOGNIZABLE NAME OF DEMONSTRATION PROJECT]. You were invited to participate in an interview because you can help us better understand how households deal with a broad range of issues that relate to feeding your children and other family members while also making ends meet. The interview is part of a larger study we are doing to provide information on how [RECOGNIZABLE NAME OF DEMONSTRATION PROJECT] is working.
