About [one year ago/six months ago], [you took part in/we contacted you about] a telephone survey about your household’s access to healthy food, for the Evaluation of Demonstration Projects to End Childhood Hunger (EDECH). The study is now in its second year and we still need your help! The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) hired Mathematica to conduct a [second/third] phone survey with households in the study. This next survey is critical to help us learn more about how projects like [DEMONSTRATION PROJECT] can help families feed their children.
