NWS Western Region Fire Weather Web Pages
OMB Control No. 06480342
Expiration Date: 5/31/2018
The National Weather Service Western Region (NWS WR) primarily wants to know how the fire weather
web pages (like the one below) help you make decisions and how the NWS WR can improve this group
of web pages. The NWS WR is interested in feedback on all aspects of the fire weather pages
EXCEPT for the spot forecast web page.
This is a voluntary survey. Public reporting burden for this collection of information is estimated to
average 10 minutes per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data
sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of
information. Send comments regarding this burden estimate or any other suggestions for reducing this
burden to [email protected], National Weather Service, 4003 Cirrus Drive, Medford, OR 97504.
Notwithstanding any other provisions of the law, no person is required to respond to, nor shall any
person be subjected to a penalty for failure to comply with, a collection of information subject to the
requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act, unless that collection of information displays a currently
valid OMB Control Number. Responses are anonymous and if reported will be in aggregate form.
