Your participation in this survey is voluntary. There are no penalties for not answering some or all of the questions. This study is being conducted by Greater Farallones National Marine Sanctuary and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. This information will be used to improve visitor satisfaction and education. At the end of the study any materials identifying you as an individual will be destroyed. We will not ask for your name, address, e-mail address, or phone number.

Public reporting burden for this collection of information is estimated to average 4 minutes including time for reviewing instructions and completing the survey.
