The Employment and Training
Administration is requiring employers of open range sheepherders
and goatherders in the H-2A visa program to maintain records of
when the foreign workers are on the open range and when they are
working on the ranch or farm.

The agency is proposing new
regulations in the H-2A labor certification program for employers
of sheepherders and goatherders and the open range production of
livestock. This is a new burden associated with the new required to
keep track of the foreign workers' hours of work on the ranch or
farm.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
