Abstract: The Veterans' Employment and Training Service (VETS) is responsible for administering the requirement under the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act, 38 U.S.C. 4212(d) The contractor responsible for receiving the Federal Contractor Veterans' Employment Report VETS-4212 changed their physical address and this nonsubstantive change is requested to reflect this change of address on the currently approved Federal Contractor Veterans' Employment Report VETS-4212 OMB NO: 1293-0005.
