The TIM Responder Training Program addresses critical safety and operations concerns of incident management. This ICR supports the TIM Responder Training Program by enabling FHWA to collect feedback from the individuals and organizations participating in this national training initiative. FHWA will use the information collected to analyze the effectiveness of the program in improving safety and reducing the congestion associated with highway incident response.
